Steiner Tractors are STILL Steiner Tractors. The plant was in Dalton, Ohio
about 5 miles from my house .The Steiner family sold out a few years back
and they are now made in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. There are a very large
number of Steiner tractors in Wayne and the surrounding counties here in NE
Ohio. For a history on these tractors see
http://www.steinerturf.com/about/history/index.html . After the statute of
limitations ran out the Steiner family started building very similar
tractors again under the VenTrac name http://www.ventrac.com/ . The company
I work for has supplied OEM parts to both companies over the years.
