[AT] Coughing CPR

I figure if your  heart has  already stopped you don't have much to loose by 
coughing ...........  IF YOU CAN.  That's the problem.  Once your heart has 
been stopped for a few seconds you aren't going to do much of anything but 
fall to the ground and hope someone comes along to help.
