[AT] List member check in Please Read (and other stuff)

I was more thinking that people that wanted to could still receive all
posts via email and those that wanted could read the forum on demand.
Or both.

That way the email folks would see no change from how this list works
today, but there would be a forum format where the topics could be read
in that manner.

Rick, thats how the red power forum works for me. If I have a thread I'm

interested in I can subscribe to it so that whenever there is a new 
comment added it sends an alert to my mailbox. Its my choice if I want 
to go there now or later or not at all. Works great for me. Warning, it 
is addictive though.:-)
