[AT] Semi OT....Troy Bilt Junior Tiller issues

Before his death, my father in law would ALWAYS use the fuel line cut 
off  (and add one if needed) on any Tecumseh engine. His reasoning was 
those engines always gummed up and he said he had less trouble if he 
kept the carb dry during any storage (even over night).
