[AT] Semi OT....Troy Bilt Junior Tiller issues

Is the carb bolted down tight? On some of the Tecumseh engines they
have several segments to the intake manifold; maybe there's a vacuum
leak someplace? if the gentleman didn't get it tightened down right,
you could get a leak.

Next, did they have the flywheel off? Some of the electronic ignitions
will give you a hot spark but if the flywheel has been shifted you
loose your timing. (saw this on B&S before).
