[Farmall] 10-20 Starting question

Sounds like the same thing thats happening with dads. Maybe sprayng with 
some penetrating oil might help. His has been getting bad for several years 
now. Nothing to do but pull it off and fix it. It's on my list, if I could 
just find it!
