I had the same thing in my F-20. I soaked it in an electrolysis tank for a couple of days with really good results. Only had to replace one spring and the clutch plate pads.

Subject: [Farmall] rats + clutch = big mess

Towed my I-20 to the shop last week with a stuck clutch. Pulled the cover
off the clutch to discover the worlds largest rats nest. I swear liquid
nitrogen doesn't make metal rust as badly as rat p^%# does. We pullled out
the clutch today and will get it cleaned up and put back in next week.
Before the tractor leaves the shop I'll be plugging the hole under the
bottom of the clutch housing so this doesn't happen again!!
