[AT] not tractor related

This is also not e-mail related.  A couple days ago my computer running 
Windows 2000 received an automatic update from MS which I have turned 
on.  I have always used Netscape as my browser since it became 
available.  Well, now it doesn't work as it used to.  Damn near 
unuseable if you want to view photos on a web site.  IE is on this same 
machine, as it came with the operating system.  It works fine.  This is 
more than likely not a coincidence.
