[Farmall] Troubleshooting no start

This you already know:  For an engine to run it must
have fuel, spark, and compression all at the right
time.  It sounds like you have spark and compression. 
If the plugs were not wet you may not be getting fuel.
 The suggestion about giving it a shot of gas in the
plug hole might help determine if you have a fuel
problem.
