[AT] tractor wreck

we have aproxamatly 300 coal trucks a day run past our farm, it is a 2 lane
road with limited passing opertunites.

beeing the victom (YES VICTOM) of 3 smacks and watching my dad get hit
3times had made me kinda an expert I would think. I have been hit 3
times while turning left the guy behind not paying any attention to his
speed... or my hand signals.. or tractor turn signals. In all of my cases
I slowed -- crowed the center line and signaled like you are told to
do.. once with the tractor signals and 2 times by hand.
The drivers all did not slow down to my speed before making the pass..
inother words they were just plane out of control. One even tried to tell
the police I had signalled him to pass LOL One stupid "witness" was no
where near the accident when it happend and told the police he never saw me
signal but did know that "1 mile back that car passed me" (it was a no
passing zone)

One time Dad was following me with the pickup when I was turning and had
his signals on... truck pulled out to pass him. he had enough GUTS to
pull into his path and get hit in the rear--- Trucker backed up.. got in
the right lane drove off; before any police could arrive-- and they
wouldnt do anything even with the drivers name and his company... I thought
leaving the scene was a crime... anyway.

this last one takes the cake-- dad's got ALL the lights going truck
behind him 3/4 mile
he turns on the turn light and begins to make his turn --- truck hits
him in the big wheel.
skid marks from the truck are 75ft long (but yet he claims he was not
speeding ) the wheel is wedged up under the tractor, his radator is behind
his front wheel.. Police said he was totally to fault... ( he claims
tractors dont have turn signals.. lol, dad didnt have any lights on (the truck
infront of him told him he was wrong at his work the next daylol)..

anyway his insurance said NO was Dad's fault since their driver
TRIED to Avoid and dad hit him... What a JOKE.. shame on you PEKIN.
