For spyware problems download SuperAntiSpyware and get rid of the stuff that
slows your PC down. It's free and really works. I used it and came up with
98! This is with Microsoft virus protection as well as Norton.

IE an outlook express have worked fine for me since 1999 on my old Windows
98 computer as well as my more recent one with XP.
