If you're running most any SPAM blocker program (McAfee, AV, etc.) it could be the same "hot word" problem in the subject lines that's causing it. Like I said, if you have the ability to adjust what's not blocked, inserting "Re: [AT]" or "Re: [AT]***" in the allowed list may help. Beyond that, I don't know what might be the problem or solution.
