[AT] ATIS image archive

    Can someone please tell me how to open the images in the ATIS  image 
archive. I seem to be able to get the archive open but it only opens with 
blank rectangles and squares with an X in the upper left corners. The 
comments are there but NOTHING I do seems to make the image come up. Been 
this way for a long while. Am I doing something wrong or what?????????????.
