[Farmall] F-14 block

 A few years back I was working on a supposed F-14 with a bunch of 
weird/prototype features. This tractor has changed hands but is still in my 
club. We noticed yesterday that there is not a part number on the block. On 
a 12 this is on the fuel pump side, nothing here on this one. Did IH move it 
or ever quit putting it on? We couldn't see any sign of any grinding it off.
