I've seen the same lift mounted on the rear of an old Bolens that the 
shop I used to work for had. They used it to move small items around 
outside. It had a self contained hydraulic system and had a tilt 
cylinder as well. It worked but was much faster than a purpose built 
lift. It would lift quite a bit for it's size.
