[Farmall] M carburetor seepage

The carburetor on this M I just bought was dripping way too much, like a
half a cup a day.   Last night I cleaned all the gunk off and could see that
gasoline was leaking from where the fuel line connects to the carburetor, so
I just tightened that brass fitting and it stopped the main leak.  But after
an hour or so I noticed that gas was very slowly seeping out along the joint
between the upper and lower halves of the carburetor, and a bit more seeping
out from that little thing at the bottom (a drain?).  By this morning, the
fuel-line fitting is still dry but the whole body of the carburetor is once
again wet-looking from the other seepages, and the occasional drop of
gasoline drips off.  Not a huge deal but I'd sure rather it didn't leak
anything, mostly to keep the smell of gasoline down.

So I guess I need a carb kit.  Any recommendations on which ones to get or
not get?  Useful tips for a first-timer?
