[AJD] Opeeration & Care 20th edition

I guess we shouldn't fault him for trying but $275 is a bit ridiculous. The
seller is not twisting our arm or making us pay it. I would feel bad though
for an uniformed person who might pay it. But a fool and his money are soon
parted! :-)
