         About 15 years ago, while I was still into auctioneering,  we had a 
farm sale.

         This guy died and his widow buried him in their side yard about 50 
feet from the 
         front porch.  When the house sold a couple weeks later, the new 
buyer asked the 
         widow to relocate the body to a cemetery.   She refused saying, "You 
bought the farm
         and he goes with it.  You move him."

         Never heard the final outcome to this !!
