Kevin: re the red M. Actually, any good machine shop should be able to
drill the holes. We put an IHC combine engine into an AC 7040 and
drilled (machine shop work) the flywheel plus cut a 1/4 inch mounting
plate for the engine. Worked perfectly. 
Now regarding the hydraulics--find the pump(get its tank also) that
mounts between the distributor and engine and you have live hyd.
