[AT] Antifreeze question

John I've seen the same thing on a D-14 Allis. A friend of mine bought the
tractor. The PO told him it overheated sometimes under hard load. Well it
turned out that hard load was any load at any speed under any conditions.
It turned out to be exactly the same thing as your Suzuki. Straight
antifreeze. We drained it and filled it with straight water and the problem
went away.
Here is the rest of the story. He never would put ANY antifreeze back in
it. He'd drain the radiator in cold weather. I thought he knew to drain
the block but apparently he didn't. You can imagine what happened. That
was ok too. I got to buy the tractor a couple of years later and fixed it
with spare parts I had in my barn.
