[Farmall] Carburetor Floats

  The best fix I have found is to use the brass float out of a Briggs
and Stratton carburetor.  They are a very close in size.  Unsolder the
Briggs float lever then loose assemble in the Ensign to determine where
to solder it to the float lever.  I have tried treating the cork with
different things but in time seems to be the same result.
