The case on the gov. warps and it leaves a gap that leaks. Take the gov. off 
and remove the works. Then hold the case up against  the side of a chop saw 
blade to flatten it out again.

Sometimes you can just put a double gasket on with a lot of peretex between 
them. after you put it together don't tieten it for acouple hours, then tieten 
good.
