[AT] More IH B275

Me again.
The PO did not have the glow plugs hooked up.  What mechanism turns them
on?  They say; Champion AG 28 0.9V.  They aren't designed to run on
.9volts are they?  Two are shot, I tried one good one on 12V and it
glowed almost instantly, so I don't think they will need to be on very
long.  All advise welcomed.
