Danny, when you mention Cecil County, are you referring to Maryland? If so,
do you ever get to the Federalsburg show on the Eastern shore? I've been
there a few times and was really impressed.

Subject: [AT] Lovely weekend almost over

Well, its been a lovely four day weekend for me.
I don't have to mention the delicious dinner we had on
thursday and also enjoyed watching football with my
brothers and father. Gotta do it on Thanksgiving, its
become a tradition by now.
Friday I helped pop do a little work on his Jetta
and then went out to help the Cecil County Farm Museum
bunch get the track ready for todays benefit pull.D
What a lovely day we had for a pull as well. I
believe 150+ hooks we had at $15 a hook. All the money
will go to a young farmer who was injured(breaking his
pelvis). He even got to pull. Really glad to see him
up and around.
I won first and not by accident with my
Oliver 80 rowcrop in the 5000 class. I tell you that
old girl has a lot of heart and was pulling against
some really womped up tractors. I believe the sticky
track helped. Kind of cool.
Tomorrow is Sunday and I'll be doing paperwork,
greasing the truck and preparing myself for work. I've
really enjoyed having the time to read and comment on
Atis. As a truck driver I find free time very limited
and have learned to appreciate it as it comes.
Really I have so much to be thankful for I
sometimes wonder if I get more than I deserve.
I hope everybody has had as good a weekend as I,
Danny Tabor
