[Ford-ferguson] leaky governor

When you get the works out of the case the part that bolts up to the tractor 
is exposed and should be flat. If the gov has been leaking it is warped and 
one way to cure it is to grid it of flat again. The flat side of a 14"chop saw 
is large enough to grind it flat.

You want to be carefull not to grind it to much,and you will proable want to 
use 2 gaskets when you put it back. If you don't have a chop saw take the case 
to a machine shop that levels heads and flywheels. Ask then to make it flat 
for you.
