No....holes such as you describe can't be "sealed" chemically. Try to find a "parts out" machine and replace the tank. The sealants about which I wrote are for "microscopic" faults, not for craters.

By the way, I have 2 H's a 140 and a cub that all need quite a bit of TLC so as I get thru one project, I will need a lot more advice. I really enjoy this list!
