[Farmall] Difficult F14

I think Andy's nailed the two most probable causes, Ross.  I can't imagine 
an F4 coil firing some cylinders and not others.  If plugs and valves don't 
solve the problem, take a look at the inside of the distributor cap on the 
mag; look for cracks or carbon tracks.
