There's not much you can do to adjust that clutch, Bob. When they are
really out of adjustment (clutch pedal goes all the way down without
releasing) it usually means that the clutch flywheel has slipped forward
on the crankshaft or that the fingers and disk need to be replaced.

Thought I'd let you know I finished the shifter job on the Jim Dandy,
and everything came out fine. Used it today in fact. Thanks for the
advice. Next job will be a clutch adjustment.
