  I am new to tractors, and new to this list. I acquired a 1940 Farmall H 
  that I am using to pull a 72 inch finish mower
  in the yard (I have 5 acres). I was able to buy it right, and it spent 
  the winter at the local Joint Vocational School getting
  sandblasted primed and painted. The goal is to use the tractor for mow, 
  not show, and other jobs in the neighborhood.

  I am planning on getting to the red power roundup to look around and try 
  and finish off a few last items on the "H". I will be ordering a Saginaw 
  County three point hitch soon, and will need to pick up parts for the 
  hydraulics.  My main question is,
  when will be good times to be there, to pick up parts and look around?
