[AT] Steering Wheel

Duncan, I've had good luck painting old weathered steering wheels with 
glossy black enamel.  It will take 2 or 3 coats to cover well because the 
old rubber will soak up the first coat/s unevenly.    Sure makes 'em look 
good...and no more black hands.     John
