Goggle "hydrogen peroxide welder" or take a look at:

Hydrogen peroxide is known as a monopropellant when used as the fuel for
thrusters.  I'm not finding the sites that I looked at a couple of years
ago, but then again, that's not unusual for the Internet.

Larry, that torch in the picture had a lever for adding extra oxygen
where  
does the system get the extra oxygen with only one hose. That was a
cutting  
torch or I'm blind.
I can see welding if you use the oxygen from the air but you need both
to  
burn hydrogen don't you. 
Of course it could be like the cuter on your arc welder and uses
compressed  
air.  I'm still not sold on this thing as legitimate business  deal. 
I could be wrong but I'm still skeptical.
