So I went out and looked at the tractor BUMMER  what I did was changed sides 
to get the tires to go from narrow to wide and when  i turned them around they 
were backwards so I just  changed sides to get  them to fit right then the 
valves went from the inside to the outside no wonder  we get confused On this.
