Welcome back! I'm between Warrenton and Fredericksburg, 45 miles from
the beltway and actually on a gravel road. Land isn't cheap anywhere out
here, but I guess that's all relative to where you're coming from. On
the plus side, I'm hearing there is a slump in the market right now,
might help you. Met a guy on another list that lives in Manassas with a
Farmall H in the shed in his back yard. Lot is barely big enough to turn
the tractor around, but he has it...  Drop me an email off-line if I can
help with anything.
