[AT] Farmall M

I have a 42 M Farmall with a bad engine, cracked block an it is a 57 450 engine. After searching for a good engine for this I run into a 221 C 460 engine, that was recently rebuilt.
Then removed to be replaced with a 301 to use as a puller.
So I am going to buy the 221 and a 560 flywheel an back plate.  Strecth the frame rails an steering rod. Has anyone done this on the list ? No this is NOT to be a puller. I aim to ues it to mow hay and whatever else since it has a 3pt hitch 
I look to have a problem with the fan, but will go electric fan.
Is there anything that sounds like a problem ?
Yes the hood but I think that i can take 2 hoods an  make one to solve that problem.
