[Farmall] Plow

On the little wonder the tail/furrow wheel is fixed to the rear beam whereas
on the little genius the plow rides on all three wheels, the tail/furrow
wheel stays on the ground when the plow is lifted out of the ground.  On the
little wonder the tail/furrow wheel is lifted off the ground when the plow
is lifted.
