	I guess I was not the only one who's first reaction to the word "turn" was
 about steering...   ;-)

	Richard, have you tried pull starting it. That will start stuff that will work you to
 death trying to start it normally. Sometimes even crank starting will start one that
 won't start due to the starter using all of the battery strength.
	Maybe the rebuilt starter has a partial short in it.
