I have the same puller. I have used it to pull wet sleeves. It works
great.

I use a sleeve puller from E&K Ag. Products, HCR 3, Box 905,
Gainesville, MO 65655, <ekag at webound.com>. I have only pulled dry sleeve
IH and Ford sleeves with it, but I would think that wet sleeves would be
even easier.

I have heard of people with lathes making their own pullers (the tricky
part is the slug at the bottom that has to match the ID and OD of the
sleeve exactly). But I lack both the resources and skills, so I bought
the tool, and it has paid for itself several times over.
