I think they are all still breathless after being at the GOG this past
weekend. Turned out very well. Nice displays, seminars, vendors and
attendees. Those guys do a really great job on putting that event together.
Hopefully it will continue for many years. I saw Pat, Terry and Carolyn,
John, Bruce, Dean and others. Don't know if they got together as a group.
My favorite display was the 1929 D with 5-1/2' grain binder. It was rigged
so the driver could operate the tractor from the binder. I have been trying
to track the owner of that rig down since the 2003 NY Expo. He was a nice
man hailing from Canada. They also had a 1936? A on full steel with a 12-A
combine on steel. Both original. Very nice.
