[Steam-engine] Hand valve preference

Andrew, Francis, Jack, James, & Dickie.....you have explained it WELL, and I 
thank you.  Ya'll brought up factors that I did not realize in my ole age 
tunnel vision.

  Progress on the outfit has been going slow, but steady.  Finally found an 
approved 1" fusible for a decent price and got all the info for ordering a 
safety valve.
