Google: "shelbyville flood" (without the quotes) and you'll get an idea
of what Farmer's up to.  Click on the warnings in blue at the top of the
home page.  Those of us who have visited TMCOTKU know that viaduct just
north of his place is probably completely under water, and the terrain
is so flat in central Indiana that fast drainage just does not occur.
We have major sections of the state that have been turned into large
shallow lakes.  This is, after all, the location of the Inland Sea.
Record rainfalls have been recorded over the last four days.

He's probably wearing waders as bedroom slippers.
