Yep I expected the second one to be dirty.  It seems to have something to do 
with some sort of HTML code related to tracking web pages.  I don't know 
enough to figure it out but if someone who understands this stuff wants to 
help figure it out do a web search for  ISO-8859-6   or iso-8859-anything. 
Those seem to be names for different types of character sets.  There seems 
to be some sort of a "tag" attached to them.

Charlie your second test---when opening it ask me to download the Arabic
