[Ford-ferguson] Ferguson TO-20 Not Charging

remove the fan belt, and apply voltage to the gen arm term. It should spin  
slow and smooth.

regulator can be adjusted, but a new one is easier.

cruddy wire is commom prob.
the fan belt must be correct width andnot oily
