[Farmall] H Shimmy

My club owns an H which has a bad shimmy in the
steering at higher speeds.  It looks like we will be
keeping the tractor for chore duty for some time so I
want to look into this issue.  Is the shimmy a common
problem with Hs and is it hard to fix.
