John,
It all depends if you are over  choking the engine then it will run out there 
but if you are just running at  normal choke setting and speed and it runs 
out there then you have a problem,  could float level or floating leaking or 
some other thing best to check it out  to be sure. Normally you would not see 
gasoline at this plug.
