[Farmall] International 650 starting

Folks,  Can anyone out there talk me through starting an International 650
diesel that starts on gas.  My elderly uncle has one he would like to sell,
but I would like to get it started first.  It is a case of it ran when last
parked (four years ago).  I think probably less than 100 hours on an engine
overhaul.  Still in original work clothes but tin is straight.  Don't know
when it will go up for sale, but I would like to get it running.
