Another possibility is someone used parts form a junked AV to convert a
standard A.

The serial plate shows the model to be A and the serial # is FAA 66675. According to Guy Day's data book, at least the serial # should be preceeded with FAAV. Nowhere on the tractor is the V stamped. Is it possible/probable that the early AV tractors did not have the AV designation? Another possibility could be that the tractor was sold as an A and the dealer or owner/farmer added the 36" rear tires and wheels and tall front spindles and 19" front tires. Anyone have any knowledge on this? John
