Dee,

My first thought would be if the oil line to the gov is connected.  Next,
how long did you have it running?  It takes a little bit of time for the
trough to fill in the gov, that feeds the pipe.  Is there something inside
the pipe?  Is the pipe running downhill enough for the oil to flow?

On the JD G I have been working on, I finally got it back together and no
leaks thankfully! It runs great however I still have  a problem, It has
great oil pressure but, I am not getting any oil out the fitting that feeds
the rocker box?  I did have the Gov off and new gaskets and the 
oil line was reconnected?
Any thoughts?
