Anyone in business should read a book by Goeffrey Gitomer. "Customer 
Satisfaction Is Worthless, Customer Loyalty Is Priceless". But as I see it, 
continued dissatisfaction will kill the loyalty. Lasting loyalty must also 
be bilateral.
