[Farmall] SMTADV finally finished

Thanks, it was an intense restoration and consumed a lot of time and money 
but is probably one of the most rare tractors I own.  A Super MTA in HC is 
rare enough but a Diesel is even more rare.  I've never seen one before and 
its the only HC in any style M that I've seen with the wheel extensions. 
The rears are 44 inch(the search for tires was a project as well) and fronts 
are 24 inch; a rare option offered in the M  HC lineup.
