[AT] old expressions

[CEE VILL]

Entirely different meaning here, Ralph.  We use it to describe a person who 
doesn't have a bad word to say about anyone or anything even in a 
circumstance where complaints might be appropiate.  It is intended as a 
compliment.  Your Dad's meaning would  not  apply to you, in my opinion.
